Refund Policy

30-day money-back guarantee (first Pro month)

Your first month on plonkAI Pro is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked. If Pro isn't for you, email hello@plonkai.app from the address you used to purchase within 30 days of your first Pro charge and we'll refund it in full. The guarantee applies once per customer and covers the first Pro monthly charge only — it does not apply to subsequent renewals, Agency plans, one-time Launch Pack purchases, or top-up credits (see below).

How to request a refund

Email hello@plonkai.app from the address you used to purchase and describe the issue. Refunds are issued through our payment processor, Stripe, and typically appear on your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Subscriptions after the guarantee window

You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account page or the billing portal linked there. Cancellation stops future renewals; charges already billed for the current period after the 30-day guarantee window are reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

Credit top-ups

One-time credit top-ups are refundable only if the credits are unused. Consumed credits and completed generations are non-refundable.
