How to request a refund
Email us at hello@plonkai.app with the email address you used to purchase and we'll process the refund through our payment processor, Stripe.
How long it takes
Once approved, refunds typically appear on your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Subscriptions
You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account page or the billing portal linked there. Cancellation stops future renewals; the 30-day refund window above applies to the most recent charge.
