Acceptable Use

plonkAI generates on-brand promo content from a website you own or represent. The categories below are off-limits because they violate our payment processor's rules, put buyers at legal risk, or invite impersonation claims.

What we won't generate

• Adult / sexual content
  Any pornographic, escort, or explicit-adult material.
• Firearms & weapons
  Sale, promotion, or how-to content for firearms, ammunition, or accessories.
• Controlled substances
  Cannabis, kratom, psychedelics, and other regulated substances (including dispensaries).
• Gambling
  Casino, sportsbook, poker, lottery, or slot-related content.
• Speculative crypto
  Token launches, memecoin promotion, NFT drops, airdrop hype.
• Political / election content
  Candidate promotion, campaign material, ballot-issue advocacy.
• High-risk finance
  MLM, pyramid schemes, forex/binary-options trading, get-rich schemes.
• Unsubstantiated medical claims
  "Cures," "miracle," reverse-a-disease copy, weight-loss pill claims.
• Impersonation of protected brands
  We block generation for major global brands (Nike, Apple, Google, Meta, Stripe, banks, government sites, etc.). If you own one of these brands and want to use plonkAI, email abuse@plonkai.app.

Ownership requirement

By entering a URL and confirming the brand, you attest that you own or represent that business. Generating content for a brand you don't represent (a competitor, a celebrity, someone else's storefront) is a violation and may result in account suspension without refund.
